Plan limits, labour and exclusions
- All prices shown include VAT.
- Bronze: Parts and repair labour are not included. Each call-out costs £252 and includes the first hour; additional time costs £108 per hour.
- Silver: Covered parts are limited to £250 including VAT per plan year. Each call-out costs £252 and includes the first hour; additional time costs £108 per hour.
- Gold: Covered parts are limited to £500 including VAT per plan year. One call-out and its first hour are included per plan year. Further call-outs cost £252 and additional time costs £108 per hour.
- Cover starts only after JMG has inspected and accepted the system. Pre-existing faults and repairs not authorised by JMG are excluded.
- Exclusions include accidental or cosmetic damage, misuse, alterations, defective installation, sludge or contamination, frozen pipework, consumables, external damage and components outside the covered heat-pump system.
- Parts must be authorised by JMG and are subject to availability. Replacement of a complete heat pump that is obsolete or uneconomical to repair is excluded.
- Service hours are 8am–6pm, Monday to Friday. Plan prices may increase with inflation. Full terms, eligibility and exclusions apply.

Can I arrange a one-off heat pump service?
Yes. Select “Annual Service Only” on the enquiry form and we will contact you to discuss your system and arrange the next step.
How do I join a maintenance plan?
Complete the application form below with your heat pump details and preferred cover level. We will check eligibility and contact you before any agreement begins.
What happens during scheduled maintenance?
Our engineer will inspect and service the system, check its operation and highlight any issues that may require attention.
Can I clean the filters myself?
Basic filter cleaning may be possible on some systems, but it does not replace a professional service. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions or ask our team if you are unsure.
