    Panasonic Aquarea

A broad family of air-to-water heat pumps covering efficient new-build systems, retrofit applications and cold-climate designs, with final selection based on the property survey.

Final model, capacity, cylinder and system design are subject to a property survey and room-by-room heat-loss calculation.

    Why consider the Panasonic Aquarea?

    Broad Aquarea family

High Performance, T-CAP and other Aquarea ranges address different property and climate requirements.

    Up to A+++

Applicable low-temperature systems achieve an energy label up to A+++.

    Cold-climate options

Selected T-CAP models are designed for operation down to -28°C and sustained output in low temperatures.

    High-temperature options

Selected newer Aquarea models can provide water outlet temperatures up to 75°C.

    Cylinder configurations

Available designs include separate-cylinder and integrated all-in-one arrangements.

    Comfort Cloud options

Compatible configurations support Panasonic connected controls and service monitoring.

Specifications vary by model, output and system configuration. JMG Renewables will identify the exact model in your written quotation. View manufacturer information.

Is this system suitable for your home?

A wide variety of new-build, retrofit and colder-climate requirements.

Suitability depends on calculated heat loss, required flow temperature, radiator or underfloor-heating performance, electrical supply, hot-water demand, pipe routes and outdoor-unit positioning.

Ask JMG to design your system

    • Required heating output
    • Design flow temperature
    • Radiator or emitter upgrades
    • Hot-water cylinder capacity
    • Outdoor-unit location and acoustics

    Panasonic Aquarea FAQs

    What capacity do I need?

The correct capacity must be calculated from a room-by-room heat-loss assessment. Floor area alone is not enough.

What cylinder size will be included?

The cylinder is selected for household hot-water demand, available space and the system design rather than supplied as one fixed size.

    Will my radiators need replacing?

Existing emitters are checked against the required system temperatures. Only the upgrades required by the design should be included.

Is the installation free with the grant?

No. The grant contributes towards an eligible installation; the remaining cost depends on the property-specific quotation.

    Can JMG service the system?

Yes. View heat-pump servicing and maintenance options.
